We had our security system installed today by Security One and had such a great experience from start to finish. Bassel and Alex were incredibly friendly, professional, and made our whole family feel very comfortable throughout the installation. They even took the time to interact with our kids, which we really appreciated. Everything was set up efficiently, and they explained the entire system thoroughly, including how the motion sensors work, how to arm/disarm the system, and answered all of our questions patiently. Elysia was also amazing helping us get started with everything and made the process smooth and stress-free. With the ongoing crimes happening closer and closer to where we live, I’ve been feeling really anxious lately. After today, I finally feel confident and safe going to sleep at night and being home during the day. Choosing Security One was absolutely the right decision for our family, and we’re so thankful for the care and professionalism their team showed us. Highly recommend! 5 stars.

We recently met in our condo with Lucas to discuss replacement of our old security system. Lucas was friendly, professional and thorough in assessing our needs, explaining improvements to our old system and recommending the right configuration of hardware needed to secure our home. He was willing to spend as much time as was needed to answer all of our questions and concerns regarding installation and monitoring. So far we are very happy with the service with which Security One has provided us.

Based on the reviews we had read, we recently reached out to Security One enquiring about a home security system to replace our current provider. Right from the start of the process, the communication and service was excellent. Lucas came by and was very attentive to what we were looking for and made suggestions that may work better. Any questions we had during our meeting and after were answered very quickly. For the install, our tech showed up right on time, was very personable and did a great job on the install and instruction on how to use the system. In a world were customer service seems to be a thing of the past, Security One and their team get it! I would recommend them, hands down!
