Absolutely best customer service I've had in a long time! Joshua was very knowledgeable, personable, and kind. My wc (Travel Buggy Canada, City model) is my EV! My Travel Buggy takes me everywhere, be it on roads, sidewalks and trails, (rough or smooth), in car, in taxi, on BC transit, on WestJet, on Harbour Air and on Helijet. Joshua, Manager of Moose Medical on Burnside, is also the technician who maintains my wc, keeping me mobile. Always an interested listener, Joshua takes the time to diagnose and address any of my issues, to repair, to place orders and to notify me when orders have arrived and are ready for pickup. Joshua liaisons readily with Travel Buggy Canada in Edmonton. Grateful for Joshua and his patient and skillful assistance. Grateful for having discovered Moose Medical on Burnside.
