I came to Victoria for a visit in April. I called a couple weeks ahead to see if I could rent a walker during my stay. I spoke with I believe was Kerry. She was so accommodating and friendly. My granddaughter picked the walker up and was able to return it for me as well. Absolutely wonderful service, good quality and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this company!

Very disappointed at the Victoria location's terrible and inequitable customer service. After admitting they charged me a rental fee - that I had not authorized - in advance of the rental agreement, and without notice, they refused to refund me on my cancelled order. The supervisor even acknowledged that the rental fee is charged at pick up, not prior, like in my case. They admitted rental fees were only added to their rental agreements in the past 2-3 months, advised they could re-rent the equipment and made no attempts to provide equitable service after I identified as being Autistic and pointed out the inconsistencies and lack of clarity in their contract. Instead of refunding me $25, the supervisor prefered that I request a charge back to my credit card company despite their mistake. I will definitely be sharing my experience with others so people can do business elsewhere.

I have only great things to say about Island Mediquip. I rented a dual control recliner for a month following a hip replacement. It helped me keep my feet elevated and allowed me to not be a prisoner in bed for the first few weeks. Office staff were incredibly accommodating, and the delivery people showed up on time and with great professionalism. I highly recommend this company for anyone going through post-surgery recovery. I will be back if I need the other hip done! 🤣
