Oct 2024 - David Lorenz (RRTS) rehab equipment specialist, delivered new PWC; hard working fellow, very knowlegable on product, did awesome setting up for my preference & comfort, assist attentively & effectively, Him & with my OT choose the perfect chair for me, he incredible taught me how to taken care & maintain well the chair for prolonger use. He also advised me to call if there is an issues on the product & or have questions need to address. May 11, 2026 - Bob (Customer's Services Dept) - was a great helpful with overall concerns & requests input on him from our phone conversations; He called back promptly for details & scheduling appontment for techinician to come & pick up. He has an excellent customer service. Oct 04, 2024 at 1-2pm - James Wall (Field Technician) installed bathroom & bedroom safety equipments, did super job. Year 2026: picked May 19 & returned May 20 the PWC for 2 years mainteance check up, battery check, to replace the screws (dropped & lost) provided phenomenal job, has a geat sense of humour (funny guy, made me laugh & smile), knowledgeable, calm, & very patience . He noticed & then said "I did well maintained the chair it's pretty well on shape for 2 years using & having it. He had to come back to my place after 1 hour 'cuz the joystick lights is blinking. Sorry, James, but thank you for all the things you've done for my chair & me. ▪ For Maintence Dept: the chair returned is not fully charged, can't drive today, tomorrow will. I really highly recommend them for all their all services

had a great experience with National Seating & Mobility, and I want to thank both Shamel and Amir for their support. Shamel especially stood out. He was very genuine, kind, and clearly knew what he was doing. It was a Friday, right before my birthday weekend, and he really went out of his way to help fix my chair even though he didn’t have all the parts (cables) available. Instead of just leaving it, he took the time to think through solutions and gave smart, practical suggestions to make things work in the meantime. Amir was also helpful and supportive throughout the process, and I appreciate both of their efforts. Thank you both—you really made my weekend.
