Home2Stay recently did a bathtub cut and installed some grab bars for my parents' bathroom. Great service and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend them if you're helping your parents age in place.

Yesterday, around 5:50 PM, I witnessed a Home2Stay cargo van driving on Hastings. The driver was tailgating and honking aggressively at the cars ahead, which were following the speed limit. It’s ironic that a company offering safety products would have a driver behaving so recklessly. With such an irresponsible driver, I wouldn't trust this company or its products.

January 2023 my parents, both seniors, asked me to look into having grab bars installed for their bathtub and for their shower and possibly a stairlift, someone mentioned “Home2stay”, turns out that was the best suggestion ever!!! We started with just the 4 grab bars, the estimate, the installation, the payment… everything went smooth and was handled with care! Today, about 18 months later, the bars are still used regularly, still look great and are still as solid mounted as the first day!!! Last month dad said it’s time for a stairlift so I arranged a few in house estimates from stairlift companies, they weren't so receptive to what we wanted and were relatively expensive. Then I remembered Home2stay and called Tatiana, she sent out Nels the next day (It was Nels who did the estimate and installation of our grab bars!) he listened to what we wanted, measured the job, then told me it will work without issue and no additional charges would be required. He emailed me the estimate later that day! The estimate from Home2stay was for a new Bruno straight stairlift, it was noticeably cheaper than the competition and would be installed as per our request. The estimates total cost included installation and being its medical equipment… PST and GST are waived! We accepted the estimate and scheduled the install for a few days later! Sahib took about 2.5 hours for the install then took another 20 minutes to test it and demonstrate the operation and functions to me! Again, the estimate, the installation, the payment… everything went smooth and was handled with care! This company and its employees are simply accommodating to you, the customer! I highly recommend them! (I was not compensated in any way for this review!)
