Great staff, easy to deal with. Works with Assistive Devices Program, making the sale of the devices much more affordable. Love my gemino alpha walker. I can pick it up and put it in my van with very little effort.

Fantastic staff, always willing to help you, repair Rob didn't mind when he was changing my caster wheels on my chair my cat was supuuuuuuurrr vising him, and every so often would pat his head with his paw. Some time the waite to get some service is a bit long but they make up for it in customer service they provide

Great service. We needed a hospital bed and recliner type chair for a home visit by our loved one. The equipment arrived as promised and met our expectations. What was exceptional is that in showing compassion for our family, when we left a message that they could pick up the equipment anytime---even though they were closed---they responded quickly and took the equipment away . This was above and beyond service in the busy Christmas week. Thank you on behalf of P Brown and family
