  Our initial experience with Securpol was positive while we were shopping for a security system. The sales process and installation went smoothly, and the system was installed around August/September 2025. We paid for the system in full at that time. Unfortunately, our experience after installation has been very disappointing. We had two issues with our garage door not syncing properly with the mobile app. We contacted customer support both times, but they were not able to provide any meaningful help or troubleshooting. In the end, we had to spend time researching and eventually fixed the issue ourselves. More recently, we are in the process of moving and contacted them to ask what options were available for transferring or relocating the system. We were simply told that we would need to leave the system behind and purchase a brand-new one from them for the new house, despite having already paid for the current system. Based on our experience, the initial service during the sales stage was good, but the customer support afterward has been very poor. Because of the lack of helpful support and inflexible options when moving, I would not recommend going with Securpol.

  I have had Securepol in my house And in my garage for well over 10 years. The quality of service is better than any other that I’ve heard of. I highly recommend this company and the service guy that looks after me named Micheal. Very knowledgeable.

  They offer professional advice and assistance in choosing the perfect security system for your home. Their team is always ready to help, even in emergencies—I called them in the middle of the night for technical advice, and they assisted me wonderfully. They are reliable, local, and truly dedicated to customer satisfaction. Highly recommended!
