We have been a Guardian customer for over 20 years. Our company system finally became obsolete and the wireless cell system no longer connected. The update of the circuit board, keypads and transmitter was much less than I expected. Luis, the tech who did the upgrade was extremely knowledgeable, he took the time to make sure everything was working perfectly, we had one issue he was able to problem solve it. He told me most companies would require a second service call to rewire the area but he was able to do it on the first visit. I highly recommend them!

I had my home alarm system upgraded recently and was very pleased with the experience. Kashif (sales consultant), provided me with the best options given my existing system and made sure I was satisfied with my choices. He was always available for any questions I may have had. Yasin and Jay installed my upgrades and were very knowledgeable and professional. They ensured I understood how to use the new system and clearly explained all the hardware upgrades. Great work!
