I am very happy with the guys installing the alarm system for our church. They were professional and took the time to explain what they were doing and asked for our input when required. Overall, very satisfied with the work.

We have been with Supreme for a few months now and are very happy with them. Sammy helped put what we needed together for our home and came out to install the system. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I am glad we chose Surpreme Security.

We would like to say, this is the worst company we have ever work with. From the beginning to the end, this company doesn’t do anything but want to charge people money. We have signed a 3 years of contract with them, main panel stop working a year ago. People aren’t helpful in the office, they suppose to come and troubleshoot for us. Instead they waited until our contract is almost done, we had to call them to come and fix it. We have been calling the office for over 6-8 months. They just told us to check the panel & troubleshoot by ourselves. They even send us some YouTube videos, we tried it and it doesn’t even work. Technician Justin finally came to our house after 8-9 months of us frustrating that our panel doesn’t work. We paid $49.50 a month for almost a year, our panel doesnt’t even work. How can any company treat customer like that, seriously no service & still want to collect money. Justin & Victor said that they will try to replace the panel for no cost, next day John the sales have ask us to pay $400-$500. Ridiculous, they even said the panel was out of warranty. It was not even mentioned before, they simply just want to charge us money. We can’t believe this company are trying to scam people. We would highly not recommend anyone to even try to have their house monitor by supreme security. Who knows if they turn it off the panel from the head office, or if the panel did break it by itself. Only 2 years, panel will break? We didn’t even touch once, the panel still has sealed on it. So, make your own judgement & good luck.
