  My initial purchase of a CPAP and full setup from SnoreMD was decent enough. Around three months in, the plastic frame of the mask snapped under normal wear. The cost of the mask was almost $200, so I went back to ask about warranty, not a return. The manufacturer warranties the mask system (frame, cushion, headgear) for 90 days. My part failed right around that window. Instead of checking the warranty, staff quoted me the store's 30-day return policy, which wasn't what I asked about, and offered a "sorry" and a shrug. There was no real attempt to help me with the fact that an expensive product had failed so quickly. A staff member eventually pulled a used mask out of the cupboard, one that someone had already tried on and left makeup smears on, and offered me that as the solution. I took it, but the whole thing left a bad taste. Expensive product, quick failure, zero support, and a used mask as a fix. I'm taking my business to another clinic.

  I've been using a CPAP for over 30 years , so I have dealt with many clinics and supplier's, this was hands down the best , quick , professional, excellent prices , great selection. Highly recommend for all your CPAP needs.
