I purchased the Essential mattress in-store after trying the display model, which felt soft and comfortable and guided my decision. The sellers at the store were also very nice and helpful, which I appreciated. However, the mattress delivered is significantly firmer and does not match the feel of the in-store model. This inconsistency is very disappointing and misleading. Since using it, I’ve experienced body pain and poor sleep. I gave it about a week to adjust, but the discomfort has not improved. I’m very disappointed, as the difference between the display model and the actual product has made this purchase very unsatisfactory.

Highly recommend this place! I have bought two couches from them now; both times they were extremely polite, helpfui and patient. The prices for the quality of furniture you get are unbeatable. I had an issue with one of the power pieces of my couch where the wire was all frayed when we opened it at home. I went in and spoke to Neil who very quickly found a solution for me; instead of having us go through the warranty process since we had picked it up only a couple days ago, he verified he had one of those pieces in store for us to exchange it. We had to bring in the one piece that was broken and they immediately got us the replacement piece which we inspected before loading into the car. I am very happy with the services here as well as quality of furniture and I will absolutely be back.

Big thank you to "Neil" at Surplus Furniture. He welcomed me with a "Good morning", and I immediately felt at ease. There's a lot of nice furniture, i was like a kid in a candy store. I bought 8 pieces (for a one bedroom) with Neil's guidance and he answered all my questions. He was professional and to the point. I'm very happy with all that i bought and I'll surely drop by again.
