He took the time to answer all our questions and made sure we were comfortable with our purchase decision. Our family visited Tepperman's to purchase a new washer and dryer after our dryer stopped working unexpectedly. Since we needed replacements as soon as possible, we visited a few stores to compare options. One thing we noticed right away was that the product tags only displayed the brand name and price, with no specifications or detailed descriptions. Unfortunately, the sales associate who assisted us was unable to provide much information about the appliances. Nearly every question we asked was met with, "I'm not sure, let me check." We had also received an email as VIP customers about their 101st Anniversary promotion starting on May 29. However, the advertised sale did not seem to offer any significant discounts beyond a 10% price match with competitors, which was disappointing and did not align with our expectations from the promotion. To make matters worse, when we asked another question, the associate said she would return shortly but never came back. After waiting for about 20 minutes without any assistance, we decided to leave. Overall, we were disappointed with the customer service and felt the promotion was misleading. Our experience did not meet the level of service we expected.

Although I have shopped here before years ago I find that the atmosphere has changed quite a bit in a great way! I really like that the staff let you shop and don’t act as sharks anymore and it makes me feel very free to browse and if I have questions I’m free to do so. I really appreciated my shopping experience and happily bought a couch and a dining table set for a really great price that can’t be beat. The fine lady in the bargain area Courtney was very helpful and deserves a special thanks!
