After having a less than adequate experience at a different clinic, I am so very glad that I took it upon myself to reach out to the Sleep Institute. My whole experience and outlook on my sleep apnea diagnosis and subsequent CPAP trial has changed. They are so kind and really care about the proper way to get the patient comfortable with CPAP therapy. The other clinic decided that me trying four masks was enough and made me feel like my discomfort was all my fault. The Sleep Institute encouraged me to tey others when I was having issues. Virginia reached out often and made the necessary changes expediently. The front staff were a joy to deal with. And unlike the other clinic, it was easy to pick up the phone and reach a human! Dr. Ada also referred me to the Behavioral Sleep Program because of my sensory processing issues with wearing a mask. They have been instrumental with me now getting used to the new experience. If your doctor refers you to a specific clinic, make sure you do your research and don't feel you have to accept the first place. Thank you to Virginia and the staff for helping me through this.

This place is great, Viktoriia is fantastoc to deal with, they are very amenable to adjustments and changes and super helpful and interpreting results. Highly recommend to anybody to help sleep.

I was recently diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnea and did the 1-month trial with an apap machine. Every encounter I had with the staff at The Sleep Institute was friendly and professional. Virginia was amazingly helpful. She is very knowledgeable, thorough, patient and truly cares for her clients. I am now using the Resmed 11, and most importantly, my wife is happy with better sleeps. As a previous reviewer noted, you can pay less by purchasing online, but you can't replace the professional knowledge and support that The Sleep Institute offers...it was worth every penny.
