I moved in December and had to have my cameras reinstalled. The man came to install them again and never checked to see if they work, which they don't. I've been calling for months trying to get a hold of anyone and they always say "I've made it urgent" when I leave a message but nobody has contacted me. I tried to email but have not been able to get through to anyone. I should not be paying $100 per month for a service I have zero access to. I have not been able to use them and tried to cancel before I moved but they said they would charge me $5000 to cancel it. Plus they charged me $250 to move it and then it has not worked since before I moved. I am so so disappointed to be wrapped into a contract with this horrible company.

I just had a system installed in my residence on the advice of the salesman Thamid. He was a plethora of useful information and very knowledgeable about the equipment and services he was marketing. The technician David who did the installation was also very well-versed in the equipment and it's functionality. I would highly recommend these people and the company they represent. I look forward to many years of peace of mind knowing my home is secure and protected even in our absence.

Easy installation for the tech, made it seem like they've been doing it for hundreds of years. I had Telus previously, holy moly what was I thinking by using their services.... If you're in the Alberta area. I couldn't recommend Unity enough. My tech David, absolutely phenomenal. My rep was Brett, but also, I spoke to an individual named Jacob and both of them were absolutely phenomenally polite, no pushiness. You could just tell they cared... In fact, Brett downsold me on 2 cameras I didn't need and showed me why. That alone saved me $10 per month. Everytime I got security it was from a door knock, I always felt pressured. Its just an entirely different experience with Unity .... Incredibly well done.
