Wonderful experience! I called for a quote around 5 pm on Dec 23rd. Terrible time to reach a live person, let alone one who cares but Johnathan was incredible!! Due to a personal situation, I was anxious to have an affordable yet effective security solution as soon as ever possible - a tall order bordering on pipe dream. He was very conscientious in exploring what would best fit my needs, explaining how it worked, outlining my options, answering all my questions, very patiently and respectfully. He prepared the quote right there on the phone and emailed it then and there. When I conveyed the urgency, he even reached out to his staff and found someone willing to stay late on Xmas Eve to install it the very next day! Throughout the call, he was sincere, personable, helpful and very knowledgeable. Thank-you so much!

I am community League president and we used Northstar alarms so far I am very happy with the choice. We have had prompt service and excellent communication. So far I am super happy with what we are getting and happy that I found North Star.
