Haven’t yet to try with my mom (who has dementia) but very impressed with their customer service! Super friendly, take their time answering questions and always available! The pendant and a tiny charging station is all that you need to have added piece of mind 😉. It comes pretty much ready to use! The 2-way voice communication is loud and crisp, and I’m happy that I can get a call first before EMS. I just hope mom doesn’t play with the call button too much giving false alarms! Monica in Ottawa

Device came quickly. Phone call from Matthew the same day and he got me all tested and set up. Mia Grace was also very pleasant and helpful when she made arrangements for me to acquire this alert. Both excellent with whom to deal.

Just received my Holo Alert and set up was very easy. Spoke with Matthew about a few questions I had and was satisfied with his answers . I’m sure this will be a good thing to have especially because it will also cover me when I go outside! That’s a real bonus! The only thing I have to wear is a bracelet in case I need help when home or away from home. I’m sure I’ll feel more confident wearing this bracelet anywhere I go now! Thank you!
