The staff here are the most personable caring and knowledgeable people. I was directed to their office to aid in diagnosis and recovery of a nasty ear infection. I can not say enough about the care and treatment received. I wish there were more than 5 stars to rate them.

I called Arnold Hearing on the Wednesday before Good Friday and was booked in for Easter Monday at 1:00 PM. Quick turnaround, especially over a holiday weekend. My family has been on me about my hearing. I did not agree, but decided to get it checked anyway. They were certain it was wax buildup and expected a cleaning. Arnold confirmed there was very little wax and no need for that service. Instead of charging for something unnecessary, they offered a hearing test for the same $75. I went ahead with it. The test was thorough and clearly explained. The results showed my hearing is normal for my age (64), with no need for further testing or treatment. I go to a lot of live music events, so I appreciated that the staff also walked me through hearing protection options without any pressure to buy. What stood out was the approach: no upselling, clear communication, and respect for my time. The clinic is clean, organized, and runs on schedule. I recommend Arnold Hearing if you want a straightforward assessment without being pushed into services you do not need.

Everyone here is absolutely amazing! While I’ve dealt primarily with Sarah since I started coming here several months ago, everyone has been equally as lovely and eager to hop in and help. Sarah, Nat, Andrea and Destiny continually go above and beyond for me, making a somewhat scary experience a breeze, explaining everything thoughtfully and thoroughly, resolving any issues quickly, and often (usually) making me laugh in the process. I cannot say enough good things about the work done here.
