I had an excellent experience with Dr. Divya and the entire clinic team. Due to a scheduling conflict, I arrived at the clinic earlier than my appointment time, and they were incredibly accommodating in fitting me in ahead of schedule. Dr. Divya was kind, attentive, and genuinely caring throughout the appointment. She was very mindful of my time and repeatedly checked to ensure I wasn't feeling rushed, even offering options to adjust the appointment if needed. I truly appreciate the kindness and understanding shown by Dr. Divya and her team, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to my family, friends.

I recently got invisible hearing aids for my grandmother from AurisCare Hearing Clinic, and we had a great experience. The team was very kind and patient, and we never felt rushed. The audiologist explained everything clearly, offered a very affordable treatment plan, and let my grandmother try both Signia and Phonak invisible hearing aids so she could choose the one she liked best. She is hearing much better now and feels more confident. I would definitely recommend AurisCare Hearing Clinic.

I had a really positive experience at Auris Hearing in Kitchener. I went in for an advanced hearing test and ear cleaning, and the whole process was professional, thorough, and comfortable from start to finish. Dr. Divya was especially great — she took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions patiently, and made me feel completely at ease during the appointment.
