I actually followed Miranda from her previous clinic as I found her knowledge, skills and care completely thorough. She really knows her stuff, is incredibly caring and absolutely wants to see you functioning the best that you can be. Arzoo brings that same knowledge set and care to her patients as well! I’ve felt so supported during my care by both Miranda and Arzoo. I would highly recommend Ascent Sport and Health for any of your physiotherapy needs

Started my Post ACL Reconstruction Rehab here with Cameron Grout, and words gonna fall short in his praise. I’m 5 weeks into my rehab and already hitting past the milestones all thanks to Cam and his well thought out plan for me. He doesn’t rush things, works with you at a pace that’s comfortable for you alongside motivating you to take on challenges. One of the best part is him explaining in full detail about every single detail related to the injury and the exercises. He helped me find the confidence back that I had lost after the surgery. So if anyone is in the same boat as I’m in, give Cam a chance to help you out.
