I have been seeing Carmen over the last year for several issues. Each time, she is able to quickly diagnose the problem and give the right exercises to help me feel better soon after. She is friendly and easygoing. The clinic offers direct billing, and the front desk staff are welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend this clinic!

Went here for rehabbing my fractured wrist and all the staff were very friendly and professional! My PT Naomi was super helpful in teaching me exercises I could do at home and explained the road to recovery in a friendly and easy to understand way. As someone who's active at the gym, at work, and in volleyball, Naomi helped identify my goals for physio :)

I was recommended to Centre North Physiotherapy by some friends who made Kalid sound like a celebrity! I thought it was worth a shot because nothing was working to fix the mobility in my arm and shoulder since I had been boxing for 5 years and then took up strongman. Within the last two-ish months of seeing Kalid, he absolutely is a rock star! I can actually turn my neck fully, almost fully move my arm up and behind my head and grab the seat belt behind me without having to lean over because "my arm doesn't bend that way". I feel that I can see the progress in my mobility after years of thinking that was normal. The ladies at the front desk are so friendly and they always work their magic to get me in off the waitlist. I highly recommend Kalid and the team at Centre North Physio. They are the best.
