I have been getting massages with Rileigh and she is excellent. She finds spots that I didn’t even realize were knotted, and works them out. Rileigh has helped improve my achy shoulder, back, and quad muscles. I also started visits to Sydney for physio for an injury to my hip and quad area. She has been awesome. She listened carefully to where I was feeling pain and how the pain occurred. Sydney zeroed in on the issue and in a matter of a few treatments, I am seeing a huge improvement. The entire team at MarketMall Physio and Chiro has been Great!

I had a serious back problem, and this physiotherapy team has helped me recover and now focus on prevention as well. Everyone is professional, supportive, and knowledgeable. What really helped me was how clearly they explain everything — from why the pain happens to what I can do to heal and prevent it from coming back. I never feel rushed, and I always leave understanding my treatment and exercises better. I’m very grateful for all their help and would highly recommend them.
