Highly recommend Audiosense. I have been to both the Toronto and Markham locations with my young children and the staff are all very professional. Nothing but good to say about them. We’ve met with Yazna who is very kind and a great Audiologist. Also met Dr. Salima Jiwani a few years ago with my son and she also was a pleasure to work with. We live far from both locations but it’s worth making the trip for quality services.

Overall, a disappointing experience. This clinic is more expensive than others, yet the quality of care was subpar. I purchased premium Widex aids with custom tips that ended up being useless; when I requested more venting, the tips were butchered and left with sharp, uncomfortable edges. Furthermore, I spent three years complaining about the aids falling out while talking and eating, yet I was never told that retainers existed until I switched to a different clinic. For premium prices, I expected a more professional expertise. Won't be returning. Edit: My issues were with a former employee, but the current staff hasn't been much better. Like I said before, when I mentioned my hearing aids tips slipping and falling out while chewing/talkin the new specialist didn't seem confident or offered any real alternatives. Simple solutions like retainers weren't even mentioned or offered as a possibility. I expected a more proactive troubleshooting for such an essential device, instead, the only thing she seemed excited about was expiration of my warranty and my interest in potentially purchasing a new pair of HA which is not going to happen now, at least not with this clinic.

I visited AudioSense recently and was truly impressed by the level of care I received. I booked a last-minute appointment, and they were able to accommodate me right away. A special shout-out to Maddie, the audiologist, who was super knowledgeable. She took the time to explain everything to me in a way that was easy to understand. The entire team was friendly and supportive from start to finish. I highly recommend this clinic!
