Each member of the team at Union Hearing Aid Centre shows genuine concern for their patients and takes the time to listen carefully to your needs. Their expertise is exceptional, especially in guiding me through the different hearing-aid options and fine-tuning the settings. They were also very helpful in setting up and explaining the Bluetooth connectivity, which made a real difference in day-to-day use. I especially appreciated their generosity in allowing me to try several devices over a number of weeks before making a decision. I always felt supported and never pressured. An outstanding experience from start to finish. I highly recommend Union Hearing Aid Centre.

We have had such an incredible experience with Union Hearing Aid Centre. As a mom of a deaf child with cochlear implants, navigating hearing care and the costs that come with it can be overwhelming at times. The team at Union Hearing has been nothing short of amazing. They are compassionate, knowledgeable, and truly care about the families they support. They have helped us with the cost of essential equipment for my son, which has made a real and meaningful difference in his life and ours. UHAC has provided me with service and support for over a decade -- and they have never let me down! They're always quick to respond to my calls or e-mails and they really do know their business. Maria Lima, the manager of the C.I. department, has proven herself to be widely knowledgeable of all the latest products and their capabilities. She maintains contact with the audiology department at Sunybrook Hospital hospital (and likely other major audiology centres), and with the major processor manufacturers. as well. Whether I'm upgrading to a newer model, troubleshooting an issue, or simply looking for clarification, Maria and her staff have never failed to hlep me find a qucik and correct solution to assist. If you are looking for a supplier of C.I. and hearing aid products, I recommend UHAC without reservation.
