Faizal was a good physiotherapist. However, he was to do direct billing to my insurance company and they never received any bills. They tried to reach him many times to no avail. Now 2 years later, he sends me a big bill for treatment from 2 years ago. I hope he gets it together and the insurance pays him. His admin skills are terrible and caused me a lot of grief. Insurance claimed I never went for treatment and well now its quite a bit late!!! In fact he suddenly closed his office on Macleod TR SW and left no forwarding address. I did book when I managed to track him down months later. I had an appointment and no one was there!! Again, he was a good PT but needs to get his adminstration together!!!
