  Faizal was a good physiotherapist. However, he was to do direct billing to my insurance company and they never received any bills. They tried to reach him many times to no avail. Now 2 years later, he sends me a big bill for treatment from 2 years ago. I hope he gets it together and the insurance pays him. His admin skills are terrible and caused me a lot of grief. Insurance claimed I never went for treatment and well now its quite a bit late!!! In fact he suddenly closed his office on Macleod TR SW and left no forwarding address. I did book when I managed to track him down months later. I had an appointment and no one was there!! Again, he was a good PT but needs to get his adminstration together!!!

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an excellent experience with this physiotherapist. Doc Faizal is highly professional, knowledgeable, and truly dedicated to patient care. From the first session, he took the time to assess my condition thoroughly and explained the treatment plan clearly. The exercises and therapy provided were very effective, and I noticed significant improvement in my pain and mobility within a short time. He is always patient, supportive, and attentive to my concerns. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a skilled and caring physiotherapist.

  I can’t say enough amazing things about Chinook Physiotherapy Clinic and especially Faizal, who is the physiotherapist there. I’ve been seeing him for the past 3.5 years following multiple MVAs, and he has played such a crucial role in my recovery journey. From the beginning, Faizal took the time to thoroughly assess my injuries and create a personalized treatment plan tailored to my specific needs. His expertise in MVA rehabilitation and concussion treatment has truly made a difference in my healing.
