Cant speak much on their in person services but they are really bad at communicating on the phone in my experience. And the management is really bad at reaching out. Ive been trying to reach out to cancel my appointment and i got no response until it was too late to cancel my other commitments.

The clinic's management does not care about the well being of their staff and patients. They force sick children to attend appointments in person without offering alternatives and charge a fee without remorse. Unfortunate experience i hope nobody else has to share.
