James at kinatex really took the time to help me with the pain I was experiencing in my foot due to plantar fasciitis. He was patient, attentive and structured exercise plans that were easy to follow and not overwhelming. There was a noticeable difference in the pain from the first he started treating me to the end with pain being almost gone.
