Highly recommended. Jake was able to quickly diagnose my injuries and provide super helpful exercises. The rehab process went amazingly well and I feel better than I did before the injury

Jacob fixed my overused running knee. His assessment was spot on, and the exercises he gave me made my knee and leg feel rock solid when I actually followed them. I’m now back to running pain-free. On top of that, his follow-up support was amazing. Honestly one of the best—highly recommend!
