  I saw Lauren for physio on a recent trip to Montreal and she was incredible. She was so knowledgeable and gave excellent exercise tips to help ease my back pain. Her use of manual therapy was innovative and incredibly helpful - my nerve pain was reduced within the session

  I have been visiting this physio on and off for around a year now, and I find the staff to be warm and welcoming, from front of house, to students I have interacted with, and physios. I have needed physios frequently throughout my life and this has been my favourite. Emmanuelle, in particular, has enthusiastically ensured that I have a clear plan, with achievable goals, which is invaluable when my expected 8-12 months of recovery could otherwise be a drudgery. Thank you!

  I had high expectations for this physiotherapy clinic, but the experience was far from what I hoped for. The initial assessment felt rushed, and the therapist barely asked questions about my daily habits or previous injuries. The exercises they gave me were very generic, and I didn’t feel the session was tailored to my specific pain. I left without any clear plan or confidence that my condition would improve.
