I've been seeing Matt for bike physio, and am pretty pleased. They don't have a bike trainer here, so it's not a bike fitting kind of physio- but it's substantially cheaper than the places that do that, and he's not going to try to sell you a bunch of bike parts- that's just not how this place works (this is a classic physio clinic). Matt did take a look at me on my bike, chatted about my concerns, and quickly diagnosed a couple issues that are having trickle down effects on my riding (things I wouldn't have figured out on my own). With the exercises given, I've noticed huge improvements and have optimism that we're on the right track. Other places that focus more on bike fitting and less on physio exercises will probably try to sell you parts and give you quick fixes. But I've been really pleased with this more traditional physio approach with a guy who clearly knows and loves cycling.

Professional, helpful, patient and an excellent coach teaching me new exercises. She works hard in her assessments and the exercises she provides to tailor them to my problems and condition. So many physios tend to give canned solutions and responses to whatever your problem is and Ive found I can better stuff on the internet. Breanne adds value and insight you cannot google. "Hep 2 Go" exercise sheet is great and that too Breanne adapts to my situation. I have previous experience of physios. Breanne is the best Ive encountered and I recommend Breanne without reservation.
