Ruby has really helped me move past so much of my trauma. I am so eternally grateful to work with her. Everyone at Mississauga psychotherapy centre is absolutely amazing. Highly recommend this agency if you wanna get help in any area of your life! I can’t wait to see what 2026 brings for me and this amazing work that Ruby and I are doing together. I was searching for a trauma-informed therapist in Mississauga to help with my anxiety. Mississauga Psychotherapy Centre came highly recommended, and after working with a therapist for six months, I've seen so much progress. Not only is the office warm and welcoming but scheduling is flexible, and they accept my insurance! If you're looking for compassionate mental health support in Toronto I can't recommend them enough.
