  I had my first session with Mitchelle and I was really impressed! She is highly competent, quickly got up to speed with my injury, and tailored both the in-session treatment and the exercises specifically to where I am in my healing process … it’s something I've been working through for a couple of months now. What struck me most was how effective she was at pinpointing exactly what my injury needed — in just 45 minutes, she had a clear plan and a focused set of exercises that felt truly adapted to my recovery. I also appreciated that, in all her calmness, she laid out an escalating treatment approach to make sure I heal properly and progressively. I left feeling like I was in great hands and I truly can't wait to go back!
