About

Nxt Generation PHYSIO is a physiotherapy clinic network with over 10 locations across greater Montreal, offering general family physiotherapy, sports rehabilitation, pain management, and related services including massage therapy, acupuncture, and osteopathy.

Senior Care Path Summary

Nxt Generation PHYSIO operates a network of over 10 clinics across greater Montreal offering physiotherapy and rehabilitation services. The clinic treats a range of musculoskeletal conditions including work-related and daily-life injuries, plus accidents covered under CNESST and SAAQ insurance programs.

The website indicates they provide family physiotherapy alongside their sports-focused services, treating recent and chronic conditions affecting bones, muscles, joints, and related systems. However, the site does not explicitly mention specialization in geriatric care, senior-specific programming, or experience treating conditions common in older adults such as falls prevention, arthritis management, or age-related mobility issues.

Accessibility details such as wheelchair access, parking, or ground-floor/elevator availability are not described on their main website. The site also does not mention home or mobile visit options, though interested seniors could contact the clinic directly to inquire about service availability for those with mobility limitations.

The clinic is described as offering a modern, professional approach with physiotherapists who take time with clients. While their team appears highly qualified, the online presence emphasizes athletic performance optimization, sports disciplines, and professional athlete testimonials rather than older adult care needs.

***(I’d like to add that after posting this review, the owner of clinic called me to offer me a very sincere apology. He was very compassionate and took this personally, he clearly cares about his clinic. Beyond the call, he also offered me a full refund for my treatment which I was not expecting at all. I’d definitely give their clinic a second chance with a different practitioner.) It took me some time to write this review… I had an incredibly upsetting experience with Thalie Forest at a time when I was only 2 months postpartum, exhausted, vulnerable, and trying to heal after having three children back to back, including three episiotomies. Instead of feeling supported, I left the appointment in tears. Rather than approaching my situation with empathy or care, she made me feel damaged and “mutated” because of the physical changes my body had gone through after childbirth. I was already in a fragile state, and the way she spoke to me was harsh, dismissive, and deeply insensitive. Thankfully, I sought a second opinion from another pelvic floor physio who treated me with compassion, professionalism, and encouragement. Postpartum women deserve care that is informed, individualized, and kind. No one should leave a healthcare appointment feeling ashamed or broken.

Scheduled a massage with Erwann at the Sherbrooke location. He is amazing! I will send anyone and everyone his way. It is hard to find masso therapists to focus on true deep tissue and listen to what your body needs. Merci!

I wanted to take the time to write this 5 star review for my physio. I’ve been to many places before, and I was always skeptical because my injuries would keep coming back. The treatments usually helped only temporarily. I wouldn’t consider myself a professional athlete, but I’m very active. I play hockey 4 times a week, do yoga, and go to the gym. When I saw Félix-Antoine Pilote, he was extremely professional and really took the time to understand where I was coming from. He helped me understand my body better, which no one had really done before. After the treatment, I couldn’t believe how much mobility and strength I got back. He also corrected a lot of things I was doing wrong, and the plan he gave me made a huge difference. I started seeing improvements within just two weeks. I’m honestly shocked by how knowledgeable this physio is, and I’m really happy I found him. If you’re looking to improve or get better, take my word for it and don’t hesitate to book with him. And if you’re not satisfied, I’ll pay for your session, that’s how much I believe in this guy. Thank you, Félix!
