The clinic is located in Hamilton at 875 Main Street West with a 5,000 square foot facility and offers services throughout Southern Ontario.

This company puts gouging the insurance company for ludicrous amounts of money ahead of their clients health & mobility. I’ve only ever seen my OT once, and a rehab therapist 2x which was pretty much just to “hang out”, yet according to the insurance claims advisor, they’ve already billed them for nearly $12,000. (In 4 months) Nobody came to my home to make sure it was accessible and it wasn’t, I had to sponge bathe for 3 weeks after returning home from hospital until I gave up and bought the accessibility products off Amazon and had them installed myself. Nobody came to my work, I couldn’t use the washroom for the first 3 weeks of being back to work, until I once again gave up and bought my own Commode on Amazon. I now need a walker with wheels, a rental was ordered for me and immediately followed up with another $3400 treatment plan which I forwarded to my lawyer, and asked what they’ve done for their bags of cash they already billed for. When I wouldn’t sign right away, my rental walker was cancelled by the OT, which I never found out about until the delivery date came and went and I inquired with the equipment supplier. I’ve since asked the insurance company to start a full review / audit on all the money they’ve paid out. In the meantime, I’ll once again go purchase my own walker on Amazon.
