I have had a lot of different types of treatments in my life. Deep Tissue Massage, Acupuncture, Salt Therapy, Hyponosis, Mindful Mediation, Reflexology to name a few. But Meshelle's ability to cross modalities and create an treatment specifically for you is something special.

The acupressure and mindfulness class I attended was relaxing and I learned a lot. Bethany created a calming/relaxing ambiance, took time to answer all of my question and made sure that I was applying pressure to the correct area. I would highly recommend Bethany she is a great Occupational Therapist.

My acupressure treatment was very relaxing. The calm and clearing effect to my body and mind lasted for hours. I was pain free for many days after. The free workshops offered are a good introduction to self care tools i can use between sessions. Thank you 🙏 for sharing your OT gift of healing.
