I've been working with Kasandra Lauzon for a month preparing to start ERP treatment for my anxiety. I find her to be very friendly and comforting. I have a good feeling that our work together will give me the results that I need for reducing my anxiety. I will update my review again in a few months to track my progress.

I have Bipolar 1 Disorder, and I am a recovering addict. Vital Minds Psychotherapy was the first place I called when knew I needed help, and they did not disappoint. In conjunction with the other mental health resources Hamilton has to offer, they have helped me feel comfortable in my own skin. I could not have done this without their help, and I am truly grateful for the time I have spent there. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a safe space, to either be, or find themselves. Thank you again to a wonderful team.

Vital Minds is an amazing place for anyone seeking real, compassionate support. The therapists are professional and knowledgeable as well as genuinely caring and warm. From the moment you walk in, you can feel that it’s a safe and welcoming environment where you’re listened to and understood. They take the time to tailor therapy to your needs and I'm so grateful to have found such a supportive place
