I didn’t know a single conversation could shift the way I see myself — but that kept happening in sessions with Suman. He has a very rare way of listening: quietly, without urgency, almost like he’s giving your thoughts room to breathe. Then he says one sentence — just one — and suddenly something inside you moves. A belief softens. A limit you didn’t notice becomes visible. The whole picture changes by a few degrees, and somehow that’s enough to change everything. After every session, I would write in my journal. I thought I was just taking notes, but the conversations kept unfolding on the page for days. The impact was always larger than the hour we spent together. I’ve had 32 years of experiences, but these sessions became one of the most meaningful parts of my inner growth. Subtle, steady, quietly transformative. Thank you, Suman, for the steadiness and the small shifts that changed so much.

As a fellow therapist, I beyond highly recommend Rob. Rob is an incredibly gifted, insightful, compassionate and skilled psychotherapist. He holds such a safe space - I believe due in part by his expansive and non-judgmental understanding of human existence and life's challenges. I feel SO confident and peace of mind, that those who I refer to Rob will be receiving the best and most transformative care and opportunity to heal. He truly possesses the art and intuition of guiding individuals back to their own innate wisdom. Areas that I feel he is exceptional at in assisting folks are: in gaining inner peace, self acceptance/compassion, true deeper and honest self growth, healing people pleasing, releasing limiting belief systems of self, trauma healing through EMDR and much more. He is LGBTQ+ friendly and certainly is enlightening in the areas of identity.

I saw Rob for about 5, maybe 6 sessions in 2018. When I saw him I was going through an existential crisis and was unsure of what life was. I was also trapped in a pattern of people-pleasing and blindly following my emotions. Rob helped me stabilize by teaching me some important concepts about how the mind works. He walked with me through the process of learning how to understand myself, and equipped me with tools to deal with my emotions as they come. He was a vital step in the long process of finding the clarity I needed to pursue my best life! Rob was one of the gusts of wind that started blowing away the fog that obscured my vision from the true nature of life. Thanks Rob.
