I first became a patron of AEC in December last year because of their ease of booking and comprehensive website. I saw Dr. Tia Vuu and was so happy with how thorough, kind and knowledgeable she was in the appointment. I referred my mother who had a terrible experience at a previous optometrist and was reluctant to find a new doctor for sometime. With my wonderful experience with Dr. Vuu, I knew she would make her feel comfortable. We had the appointment today and she took her time, answered all our questions and invested her knowledge in making a plan for her with referrals to medical and community assistance (due to her vision lose because of a stroke). This place is so well managed and staffed, with no pressure to purchase in-store. Highly recommend it! Free parking is a bit tricky as there are 2 lots next to each other, but that was my fault. Free parking is great though!

My experiences here have always been good, even my most recent one was one of my best experiences at any any optical center I've been in in Canada. I got honest opinions by a very professional young man. I will definitely be back and so will the rest of my family. I have my eyes on a pair of meta AI glasses.
