I've been going here for my eye exams for many years and consistently have a positive experience. The staff have always been kind and Dr. Poh is super helpful. Great Service all around.

I had an appointment with Dr Poh, I am very disappointed with the service. He made me wait 2 weeks to have my Visual Examination Record with inappropriate comments. Considering, that his comments are not based on medical proof, which, it's unprofessional.

I made a few visits here to find the right pair of glasses for me. The service was phenomenal both in person and by email. They remembered me and the frames I had selected every time and were patient with me during the selection process. While the price point is high, the service and quality of the frames more than justifies it. I will continue to be a patron of this store for years to come.
