I had an appointment to test my color deficiencies that was required for a job opportunity. I was stressed out thinking I would lose the opportunity because of these tests. The staff was incredibly patient and reassuring. I received top notch customer service from Dr Liu, and as well from the other person who did my preliminary tests but I didn't catch her name. I highly recommend using this service for your optical needs, the professionals here are caring and attentive in a busy environment.

Showed up for my appointment receptionist was the kind of rude polite I’m sure you all know. I was early, so expected to wait until my appointment time. No mention when I checked in doctor was running late or how late. Waited 20 minutes (I know some will say that maybe this isn’t long, I believe I was the first or at least early appt of the afternoon, don’t know how they could be this late already). After 15 minutes receptionist came over and asked for my medical card again, which she already if when I checked in, again no mention of being late or how late or how much longer or anything. Had my id card for 5 more minutes without saying anything, at this point I’d had enough and went and asked for my card and said I wasn’t waiting anymore. Her answer was just ok and handed me my card. If I’d been told at checking doctor was lte and by how much likely would have stayed, if receptionist was actually polite, I may have asked how much longer and stayed. There are lots of options for eye doctors out there I’m not going to give my business to a business like this. And now come to find out, although they didn't do the eye appointment because I couldn't wait all day, they charged my medical plan anyway.

I had an amazing experience at FYidoctors Lacewood. Dr. Simo Liu was extremely kind, professional, and took the time to recommend progressive lenses that fit my needs perfectly. The entire team was friendly and very helpful when I was choosing my glasses. My glasses arrived exactly when they promised, and they are the most comfortable pair I’ve ever worn. I highly recommend this clinic for eye exams and glasses!
