Dr. 'Donnell operated on our daughter's cataracts. We cannot praise her or her team enough. Our daughter suffers from anxiety and Dr. O'Donnell made the whole process as comfortable and relaxed as possible. For example, she sat by my daughter's bedside and showed her videos of Dr. O'Donnell's dogs while the IV was inserted. Dr. O'Donnell has surrounded herself with a team who are as kind and patient as she is. I would thoroughly recommend Dr. Heather O'Donnell.

I highly recommend Dr. O’Donnell, she looked after my 93 year old father’s cataracts and 2 years later mine. I have a lot of problems with my eyes and she has got me in immediately every time. Hiring good office staff for any business is difficult and that’s where I see some problems have occurred for others. Dr. O’Donnell has worked hard to resolve it. I have never had a more friendly, caring, helpful, experienced Doctor who really communicates. She is awesome!
