Dr. Mary Katharine was incredibly thorough, took the time to explain every step of the exam, and answered all my questions without making me feel rushed. Honestly, the best experience every time I go! Dr Jadi is so caring, thorough, and easy to talk to, and the staff are absolutely wonderful, so friendly and helpful. They make you feel valued the moment you walk in. Couldn’t recommend them more :))

I've been going to FYI doctors for many years and all of the staff there are terrific. Amber and Jessie are particularly helpful and friendly - they make you feel welcome and comfortable in the most genuine way. The optometrists are great too - very easy to talk to, qualified, they explain everything clearly, and the vision testing is completed efficiently. The equipment is modern and the building is clean and fresh. They have a wide selection of glasses and sunglasses at many different price points - we usually have difficulty deciding on a frame because there are so many options. And they do direct billing. Highly recommend!!!
