I have been going to this office over 40 years. The old optometrists have retired. I like dr hu but the office staff is pushing their luck. My husband had an appt. Booked I did it in the office when I was there. Now he leaves work early and they claim he has no appt. I watched her do it and she said it was booked. He lost in one hour more than he would have to pay. Funny my family dr. Retired now I have to replace eye dr.

Just a heads up…they won’t bill OHIP for services covered by OHIP so you’ll end up paying out of pocket unless you have other insurance coverage.

I recently brought my 4 year old daughter in for her eye exam, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Dr. Joulaie was incredibly patient, gentle, and truly fantastic with my child. She took the time to explain everything in a way my daughter could understand and made her feel completely comfortable from start to finish. The office staff was friendly and welcoming, and the entire visit was smooth and stress-free. My daughter even said she had fun and left smiling, which says a lot! I’m very grateful for the care we received and highly recommend Dr. Joulaie to any family looking for someone who is great with children.
