I'm only giving 1 star, not because of the doctor, but because they really need to hire more professional receptionists. They're not professional at all, and I'm super disappointed. How can they hire people, especially women, who yell at patients? I think the people working the front desk need to be fired.

This is one of the best eye clinic we ever visited in Canada. My son, Rahul, has a genetic condition and we were met by Dr. Bryan Balios and his assistants on 8th April 2026 with such good energy and he instilled great hope with Rahul's condition. We are very hopeful there will be a positive resolution soon. The front office staff are very helpful. Especially Indra and her Manager were very personable and kind. An amazing. Group of people with a very kind and considerate attitude. God Bless all of them.

My husband completed cataract surgery on both eyes at the same time with Dr. M. Nguyen at Kensington Clinic about two weeks ago, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the care he received. Compared with some other ophthalmologists, who seem to treat cataract surgery more like a business these days, Dr. Nguyen truly stands out as a dedicated and compassionate physician. Despite his very busy schedule, he is always patient, attentive, and never makes you feel rushed. He is energetic, highly knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about his work. What impressed us most was his commitment to his patients—even while on vacation, he made sure we were well taken care of. That level of responsibility and care is rare and deeply appreciated. We would also like to thank his assistant, Lisa, who is equally wonderful, professional, helpful, and very understanding. We feel very fortunate to have found Dr. Nguyen and his team!
