Purchased a pair of Maui Jim prescription sunglasses and have to say it was a rewarding and pleasant experience. I’m not an easy customer because I was undecided between the Mont Blanc, Tom Ford and Dolce & Gabbana. The latter two sunglasses were online choices. Thankfully the optician helping me was extremely patient and informative. She explained the features and benefits of the Maui Jim’s and Unequivocally told me which pair I looked better in. We spent considerable time choosing the best lense colours and technical options offered. I love my new sunglasses and the clarity and protection they provide for my eyes. I'm impressed with incredibly polite and helpful staff of this clinic starting from the secretary to the doctor. Also everything is professionally organized. Since you stepped in, you are walked through all necessary tests without any delay. Besides, the office atmosphere is very pleasant, modern and comfortable. I really recommend this clinic and will be happy to visit it again

My mom and I have been patients of Dr. Papadakis for years now. He is extremely kind, understanding, and dedicated to giving his patients top quality care. Truly an amazing doctor! He deals with a wide variety of cases, yet still manages to provide the utmost attention and focus to even my smallest concerns. He takes the time to explain everything thoroughly, and never makes me feel rushed or dismissed. My mom and I always leave our appointments feeling incredibly happy. The clinic itself is very clean and modern, and the front desk staff are very welcoming. When making my appointment, I mentioned on the phone that I would also like to see the optician because I had a small concern regarding my contact lenses. The optician, Lina, is absolutely incredible! She even reached out to me prior to my appointment, and was extremely helpful when I met with her in-person. I have been purchasing my contact lenses from here for years and will continue to do so. I honestly recommend anyone in the GTA looking for an optometrist/optician to come here!
