I have been a patient of “Toronto Eye Care “in The Manulife Building for 5 years .. I initially walked in “off the street “ with burning , itchy , and blood shot eyes ! The gal at the front desk somehow “ squeezed me in” to what looked like an extremely busy office ! Here I was introduced to Dr Di Marco Dr Di Marco is brilliant , “thorough “ and has a calming effect .. I have been through cataract surgery , regular visits and my eyesight has improved immensely ! I owe this ALL to Lisa ! Thank you Lisa for your wonderful , prompt and professional care ! It was YOU who really saved my eyes ! I LOVE THE Toronto EYE Care Clinic ! Have a great summer ! I was in a major jam and needed new contact lenses urgently, and the team at Toronto Eye Care absolutely saved the day. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and efficient. A special shoutout to Daisy, who was so incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I got my lenses quickly and without any stress. Excellent, fast service and a wonderful team. I highly recommend Toronto Eye Care!

I’ve been a patient at this eye clinic for over 10 years, which makes this review especially disappointing to write. While I truly appreciate and respect my doctor, the experience with the front desk staff — especially the senior women — has become increasingly unpleasant over the past few visits. The attitude is consistently rude, condescending, and completely lacking understanding or empathy. Every interaction feels impersonal and uncomfortable, and I often leave feeling disrespected rather than cared for as a long-time patient. It’s very disappointing to be treated this way after so many years of loyalty to the clinic. Sadly, this experience has pushed me to make the decision to move to another clinic. No patient should feel dismissed or spoken down to when seeking care. I cannot recommend this clinic based on the treatment I’ve received from the front desk staff.
