Really love this place. They have been nothing but gracious and accommodating. They were willing to check my hearing device and fix the issue even though I didn't have an appointment. Very grateful for that The reception was very friendly and helpful. She even help me to find out what time No Frills opened and offered me a callback when the device was fixed.

I had to get a sudden hearing loss test and the clinic receptionist was so kind. She did whatever was possible to get me a same-day appointment (even called multiple clinics to check their availability). Sidra Shaikh was my audiologist and she was professional, had patience, answered all my questions and eased my anxiety tremendously. Thank you so much!

Everyone here is so friendly and helpful. I got my hearing aids here during the pandemic and I’ve really appreciated the follow-ups and maintenance help. One of my hearing aids wasn’t working properly recently and I was able to get a quick appointment. They figured it out and it was a quick, easy fix. Definitely recommend Advanced Hearing Ajax.
