I had an excellent experience here! I went in to have earwax removed, and the whole process was smooth and comfortable from start to finish. She was incredibly knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, and made me feel completely at ease. You can tell she really knows what she’s doing. The service was also quick and efficient without ever feeling rushed. I truly appreciate the level of care and professionalism. Highly recommend to anyone needing ear care!

I’d give 10 stars if I could. Warm, welcoming, amazing staff. Treated me like family. Overheard them helping other customers and it was amazing the willingness to help others. I don’t write many reviews but this one is well deserved.
