3 times i made a request for an appointment through their online system and 3 times i got an email that says they've correctly received the request and 3 times no one has contacted me. Sure is weird when you want to give a business money and they don't contact you.

I came in to the Langley amplifon after my son had made me an appointment once his friend metioned how well Ben had been with his father. I had a great experience, Ashley at the front desk was very kinda and accommodating helping me to fill out the forms and made conversation with my son and I. When I went into the room with Ben he was warm and welcoming explaining everything step by step but not in an overly medical way I couldn’t understand. The test seems very through and he plainly explained the results to me. I don’t need hearing aids yet but I will come back for my annual checks as suggested by Ben and send my friends here also

Excellent service every month. Appreciate Nicole's help pairing my hearing aids with my phone. What a wonderful feature being able to hear everything right into my ear . Also. so nice to hear my music without disturbing anyone near me. Wow!!!
