Arrived slightly late and were first asked to justify the delay, only to then be turned away and told to reschedule. If there’s no intention to accommodate, asking for an explanation is unnecessary and comes across as rude; especially when dealing with a senior patient. This is a paid service, not a favor.

I was very pleased with the warm and thorough service at Amplifon during a recent hearing test. The space is fresh and new, and the environment perfectly designed for testing.

Thanks to other great Google reviews, I decided to have my very first hearing test today at Amplifon Arbutus, indeed it was a very pleasant experience. The receptionist lady is helpful and welcoming. Dr Sujin Chung is professional, very friendly, patient and calm, everything was explained clearly. Am glad I don't need any hearing aid at the moment, but I would highly recommend Dr Chung / Amplifon Arbutus.
