  I just picked up my new hearing aids today, from Arnold Hearing in Guelph. As a first time user of hearing aids, I can't say enough about the excellence in in customer service, the care and compassion, and the overall experience I recieved throughout the start of this new journey I am facing in life. Right from the start, I felt at home with Lindsay. She is absolutely amazing, super friendly, caring and a bright spot in my day anytime I interact with her. Jesse is equally amazing too! Very friendly and professional, knowledgeable, compassionate and her expertise as a Hearing Instrument Specialist gives me confidence and peace of mind that my hearing needs will always be met and that Arnold Hearing will go above and beyond to make sure I'm getting the care I need.

  I can't say enough about Arnold Hearing in Guelph. The staff are super friendly and Jesse explained everything in great detail. The receptionist was truly amazing and very efficient. I'd highly recommend Arnold Hearing in Guelph.

  I went to get an ear wax cleaning as I couldn't hear put if my left ear. They said when I booked my test that they would clean both ears even if just 1 was causing issue. They did a 30 sec test and determined the issue was fluid behind ear drum but also said both my ears were clean. There fore not doing and wax removal cleaning. I was still charged $70 for the appointment which I was fine with as that was explained before I booked. Went to my family dr for follow up and she said yes L ear is clean but the right ear is full of wax!! Dr said now way that just go there. Very disappointed, feel like I got scammed, wouldn't go back.
